The Braun FreeControl is a great shave. It can be used corded or cordless, and it has a quick-charge option that allows for a shave that needs to be done quickly. It recharges in just one hour. A down side to the shaver is that it can’t be left plugged in without damaging the battery.
The Remington Microflex 600 shaves well. It’s quiet, can be left plugged in. In addition, it has a recharge warning light as well as a battery that lasts a long time between charges, except it takes 12 hours to fully recharge and cannot be used with a cord or overseas without a transformer.
My preference is to shave with a blade, rather than with an electric razor. A blade is cheaper, and it gives you a closer shave.
